Why N.L. Photo Restore?
Because we are based in St. John’s, Newfoundland, you don’t have to worry about shipping your photos to the mainland or to a foreign country. We take care with your photos and handle them with kid gloves (literally). In some cases we can even come directly to you.
Contributing to the Historical Record
It is our goal to contribute to the photographic historical record of the province. We are looking for ways to share photos more broadly for clients of ours who choose to make their personal photo collections public. Who We Are
N.L. Photo Restore is owned and operated by Colin Steele, a photographer and painter living in St. John’s with his young family.
It used to be that keeping photos in a shoebox and bringing them out to look at once a decade was a perfectly fine thing to do. But technology has provided us with a better way to share these family heirlooms and preserve them.
